If necessary, organize a national referral RCP for adnexal carcinomas 3. ensure anatomopathological review of all adnexal carcinoma cases as part of a national network of experts, with the possibility of anatomo-clinical confrontation before a multidisciplinary group of experts in liaison with 3 national pathologist referents 4. draw up and update national recommendations for good clinical practice 5. structure clinical and fundamental research into rare cutaneous cancers, by encouraging the inclusion of patients with rare cutaneous cancers in therapeutic trials of new drugs 6. organize training for caregivers (medical and paramedical) and patient information at regional or inter-regional
